Pre-Employment Transition
Bloom Consulting's Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), with support from Bloom Community Services, equips students aged 14-22 with disabilities for successful transitions to employment or higher education. Through the "On the Right Track" program, Bloom offers year-round classes and immersive summer camps, guiding students in career and college exploration, workplace expectations, and essential life skills. Participants benefit from hands-on, real-world learning experiences, skill-building in workplace relationships, and self-advocacy, all tailored to individual strengths and career interests. This comprehensive approach ensures that each student is prepared with the confidence and skills to succeed beyond high school.
