Bloom Community Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Our mission is guided and supported by a tremendous volunteer board of directors, whose expertise and commitment ensure that we provide the highest quality services to the communites that we serve. Their invaluable contributions help us create inclusive opportunities and foster greater independence for those we serve.
